Arrivals and Check-in (Payments)

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
You can also pay in cash on arrival, however, if you book online, the deposit must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card, so that your booking is guaranteed.
Please note that on special dates payment terms may change.

Do I need a credit or debit card to book online?

Yes, it is always better to book online.

Do you accept checks?

No, we do not accept them.

Can I make a reservation without a credit or debit card?

No. You will need a valid credit or debit card to book online. If you want to use cash to make a reservation, you will need to go to the hostel and do it in person.

If I arrive earlier or later. Can I still register?

All our hostels have 24-hour receptionists who can check-in. To ensure that there are no problems with the time of your arrival, please contact the hostel staff directly and inform about your approx. Check In.

What is your policy for guests under the age of 18?

Persons under 18 years of age traveling alone and persons with children under the age of 10 must book a private room.
If you are under 18 and are not part of a school group, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No one under the age of 18 can share a bedroom with someone who is not part of their group.
In addition, in case of not having the passport and traveling with an identification, you must show a confirmation from your parents to be housed.


Is breakfast provided?

We offer breakfast at an affordable price, which includes: coffee, milk, juices, toasts, cereals, rolls and pastries.
