Arrivals and Check-in (Payments)

1What do I need to bring to check-in?
Photo ID and valid ID (valid, not expired) required at check-in. Valid identification includes Passport and / or National Identity Document (DNI).
2What time is check in and check out?
Check-out is before 12pm and check-in is after 14pm. Please note that the rooms will be ready after that time.
3How can I pay?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and all major credit cards except American Express. You can also pay in cash when you arrive, however, if you book online your deposit must be secured with a credit or debit card. Please note that on special dates the terms of payment may change.
4Do I need to carry the credit or debit card I have booked online?
No, you do not need to have the card with which you made the reservation.
5Do you accept checks?
No, we do not accept them.
6Can I make a reservation without a credit or debit card?
No. You will need a valid credit or debit card to book online. If you want to use cash to make a reservation, you will need to go to the hostel and do it in person.
7If I arrive earlier or later. Can I still register?
All our hostels have 24-hour receptionists who can check-in. To ensure that there are no problems with the time of your arrival, please contact the hostel staff directly and inform about your approx. Check In.
8What is your policy for guests under the age of 18?
Persons under 18 years of age traveling alone and persons with children under the age of 10 must book a private room. If you are under 18 and are not part of a school group, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No one under the age of 18 can share a bedroom with someone who is not part of their group. In addition, in case of not having the passport and traveling with an identification, you must show a confirmation from your parents to be housed.

Services

1Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes we provide free bedding, towels and blankets, free of charge. We will only ask for a deposit upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure if returned in normal condition.
2Is breakfast provided?
We offer breakfast at an affordable price, which includes: coffee, milk, juices, toasts, cereals, rolls and pastries. Sometimes it is included, depends on the date and types of rooms: Visit our website for more information!
3Is there Wi-Fi in the hostel?
Yes. There is free Wi-Fi in all our hostels.
4What is included in the price of my bed?
The price of your bed includes bedlinen, towels, blankets and free Wi-Fi access.
5Where can I store my luggage?
We have a storage room where you can leave your bags and there are lockers free to leave your personal belongings and bags in each room.
6Can I store my luggage in the hostel for a short time after the departure?
After you check out we can store your bag for a few hours, but you can not leave your bag for days, just a few hours later.
7Does it provide towels?
Yes, they are included in the price of the room. We only ask for a deposit.
8Is there parking available at the hostel?
We do not have parking in any of our hostels, but you can ask staff about places where you can easily park.
9Are pets allowed?
No. We do not allow pets in any of our hostels.
10Are there activities for individual and group travelers in their hostels?
Yes there are. You will have to contact each hostel or you will get the information once you arrive.
11Is there a guest kitchen in the hostel?
Yes, we have guest kitchens in all of our hostels, where you can cook your own meals. Usually, the kitchen is open from early in the morning until midnight, but opening and closing time for cooking is different in each hostel. Please contact your hostel to know it.

Cancellations and NO Arrivals

1How can I cancel my reservation ?
You must notify with a minimum of 24 hours if you want to change your reservation. If you make a cancellation less than 24 hours before your arrival is scheduled, you will still be charged the first night of your stay. Online deposits are non-refundable.
