Wherever you are and whatever your situation, we are here to help you. We are committed to ensuring that your stay with us is as safe as possible and as stress-free as possible.

At Feet Up Hostels we always seek to meet the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness to ensure that all our guests are healthy and safe.

We know that in these uncertain and troublesome times you may be experiencing excessive stress given the avalanche of information that you receive every day, changing information on travel restrictions and cancellations or postponement of public events throughout Spain.

Well, we can assure you that Our Team is always very attentive to the rapid evolution of the situation.

This is what we do to make your stay safe

We control the capacity in the common areas to protect our health and that of our guests

Our guests must make correct use of the mask in all common areas

We carry out a temperature control of each one of our guests in the check-in process

Each staff member make a responsible and safe use of the masks in the hostel’s facilities

We are Friendliness Specialists, but we also have to comply with the rules, respecting the 1.5-meter distance between bunk beds

Every day we carry out a temperature control on all the staff members before entering the workplace.
